Shrimp-Dill Cream Puffs


( For recipe, see below!)










What you'll need:

1 tube (package) of ready made cresent rolls
(there are 8 rolls, cut them in half so you have 16)
8oz of whipped cream cheese
dill
ginger
shrimp
garlic
white wine

Preheat the oven to 375
Roll out the dough, cut triangles in half.

In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, dill and ginger. Use the dill and
ginger to taste. Probably 2 teaspoons at the most.

In a skillet, heat some butter and cook the garlic for about a minute. Then
add the shrimp, cut into small pieces. Let cook until the butter is browning,
then add a splash of the white wine.

In a muffin pan put in the dough. Add the shrimp on the bottom, then add the
cream cheese. Take the sides of the dough and bring together at the top.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.

Sprinkle dill on the top and enjoy!
