King Ranch Turkey Casserole (a great idea for those turkey leftovers!)

King Ranch Turkey Casserole:
Diced leftover
turkey
1 yellow onion, chopped
½ cup chicken stock
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can Celery Soup
1 can Rotel tom w/ green chilies
Six corn tortillas
2 cups cheese
Mix turkey,
soups and stock and bring to a boil. In a casserole dish, layer the turkey
and soup mix, with corn tortillas and a layer of cheese. Repeat, top with
cheese. Bake for 20 min at 350 degrees.
