Beef Mole Jalapeños




Today's Recipe:
Several jalapeños
(about 10-12, sliced lenthwise and seeded)
½ lb ground beef
½ can FF refried beans
¾ cup salsa
½ tsp. cumin
1 oz. dark chocolate
Shredded cheese for topping
Brown the beef, then drain.
Add the remaining ingredients (except the cheese) and simmer until well mixed.
Fill the jalapeño halfs with the beef mixture, and top with shredded
cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes at 325 degrees.
